Hotel Booking Using Avios
Quick question about hotel bookings as I've found conflicting information.

I have a stack of Avios and we're thinking about using some towards a hotel booking in Malta in October. If we book now and decide nearer the time that we don't want to go because of COVID 19 can we cancel and get a full refund of any cash paid and Avios used?
