Probably not. Very likely (in fact almost certainly) it will be pushed back. The last information is that Ige will make an announcement this week. But all signs point to him delaying the no-quarantine-with-negative-test scheme beyond August 1. Guesses range anywhere from Sept 1 to October 1 to ???
