Miles not posted; retro not working

Hi Guys,
I know flighing is not that popular right now. But, I've taken up the risk recently and I flew with LOT: WAW-BCN-WAW and I've noticed that the miles have not been posted to the account. I've tried using the retro claim but all I got was "Error (...) please try again later".

Have you guys flew recently ? Have you accrued your miles correctly within reasonable time ?
