Thumbs up

In addition to all written by lucky6666 (and his winnings );

The bathrooms are indeed remarkable with their combined rainshower soaktub concept. I was also put up in a clubroom.
The rooms have a high ceiling which always give a luxury feel to the room. They all have a big flat screen sony tube (no plasma) and dvd. The arrangements are nice and contemporary.

For the info of all readers; the hotel is going to be a Hyatt Regency. This might strike as funny because there already is a regency just a few miles down the road.......

I spoke to one of the managers and the hotel will be ready at the end of the year, currently they are having a soft launch. So if you like an empty hotel with very much staff, then come over. While i am writing this they keep on filling my glass

The entrance requires taxis to make a u-turn and this doesnt really work, so take care when you get here. The entrance is indeed quite grand and still very empty.... some flowers would help! The lobby lounge is open and I will be having drinks there later.

The lifts have quite a nice bamboo theme print. Didnt see that before, nice detail. The keycards have a chip, so I hope they will not ask the key back when I check out

The snacks in the regency lounge are also quite OK (this because they just topped up my plate ) and the view of the bay is unblocked and very nice. This view will also be enjoyed by the suits!

The pool is still under construction but it looks like they are going to fill the pool within weeks. There is a high wall around the area to provide some privacy and silence. With some more plants it should work out quite nice.

The casino occupies the lower 4 floors of the hotel but I have noticed nothing of this while staying here, so no worries. I am not planning to loose any money while here, so wont check it out!

When I get my bill and get back to my office om Monday I will report back if it all worked out with the USD 50 F&B deal and the 2000 points.

In the mean time, come and along the way more facilities will open.
