In the city is better !!!

Comfort Suites is near by the airport. It's great from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. But it's difficult to see people, to feel the city, to eat, to shop, to see movie, to see your friend or to have some drink in the cool area. Being in the cockpit is boring enough, when you're in town, you're better see some light, nice ambience, have a good meal.

Anything less than 10K to rent a studio in the big city like Bangkok consider very cheap for western standard. For local, you might find some apartment for rent ranging from 3K, it's not western standard for all fire and safety concerned.

The choice is yours.!!!!
