There was an alpha revision (actually sixth gen) to the original Road Warrior adapter which includes a grounding pin cap and lock switch
ROAD WARRIOR-Go!con ? | Product | ROAD WARRIOR

The price is only about $1.70 different right now between red Road Warrior and Kikkerland

Either would be a decent choice for using with a NEMA usb-c charger though there are also usb-c charger with international plugs available these days. Mu chargers are fairly slim and is doing a second production round of the Mu Two https://www.themu.co.uk/pages/mu-two-pre-order
