We had booked GLA-LGW-FAO with hotel through BA holidays for Sept 2-12. We got the domestic leg cancelled first. Then got the LGW-FAO automatically changed to LHR-FAO. Then on Wednesday 8th July - the whole lot got cancelled. £300 deposit returned to account on Friday 10th.

We’ll just use the freebie 1st class rtn tix on LNER and go and visit family in London instead :-/
