Transit through Dublin
US passport holder, Landing in Dublin with a couple of hours to connect to Turkey on separate tickets. Will need to actually enter Ireland as there is no sterile connection at the airport. On the way back same situation but will need an overnight at airport hotel. Any issues? Looks like there is quarantine but if you are transiting and can prove it with onward tickets it’s ok? Any experience would be helpful.
