We stayed 4 nights at the hotel and I have very mixed feelings. I am Diamond and booked a Penthouse Junior suite. No upgrade was given at check in and when I asked they did tell me its a nice room (which is true, its quite large and has a nice small balcony). The roll away bed was not in the room yet but brought within 1 hour.
First day we went down for breakfast and they did serve it in Emile but it was a pretty big mess. Way understaffed, full and 2 persons fully overwhelmed. They did try their best to keep up but couldn't. It was a bit of a buffet but most food was brought and you could order eggs etc. It was not very comfortable because the tables and chairs are also not good. I did complain afterwards at the reception and they did apologize and said the hotel is understaffed. There was also no manager in site or available when I asked for it. They did confirm for the same price (or in our case free anyway) you can have room service breakfast which we did for the next 3 days (ate on the balcony every morning). They did bring a lot of food and you could pre order warm stuff as well. Also the breakfast price because of less things available was reduced to 21 Euro.
Room service was only on demand and we got the room once cleaned after 2 days which worked out well.
The replacement 'lounge' was a corner in the reception area with a nespresso machine and 2 fridges with cold drinks (that run out quite often). I did find a beer once though :-). No snacks but they did offer you can order 20 Euro per day between 6pm and 8pm to your room from the reduced room menu. I only tried it once with 2 deserts and they were quite good and also did not show up on the bill (even the tip didn't show up because I did stay below the 20). The other days we went out for dinner to various local restaurants. No restaurant in the hotel open yet. The flyer said gym was open (didn't look at it) but pool was not.

Not sure what to think about this stay. The hotel was clean and the room was good, not too far from the inner city but way understaffed and felt like managers or ownership was not around at all. They did say they have around 40-50 rooms occupied at the moment.
