I did that- sent them a polite note saying there was no reason I knew of that anything in their boilerplate had happened, and that I was very careful to answer questions truthfully, including indicating zero interest in ever buying a current-model car on multiple lucrative surveys, knowing I'd get kicked out. (Ironically, my car died last month and guess what I bought.) They reinstated my account.
Since then I've deliberately taken more time on surveys. I read quickly and for many questions the answers are easy (I live alone so I make the decisions on everything, I'm retired so don't need to skim the list of occupations...) maybe it looked like inattention. I also double-check the ones that gauge attention ("For this question, please check "Agree Strongly"). So far so good.
