Speedway does not allow pin bypass on debit cards inside and outside at the pump but everything is EMV Contactless as others have reported. Pressing green did nothing at all. Of course my one bank with debit issues on debit declined at the pump.
The question is, how long until Speedway has to disable PIN at the pump altogether (at least for credit cards)? After all, at least one merchant around here with unattended drive-up terminals did so after having initially rolled out supporting it, presumably due to complaints. Not to mention some other gas brands not supporting PIN outside from the start.
On the other hand, several issuers (and probably others) did adjust their CVM lists in the interim to guarantee that PIN would never be asked for in the US, so it might be less of an issue now.
