I think that keeping the lounges closed, and giving nothing is clearly wrong. In our current stay at a full service Hilton in Asia, we can get breakfast in the restaurant, off the ala carte menu, buffet (on weekends only), or room service. For evening cocktails, they’ll bring a six item appetizer plate, plus whatever drinks you want. While not perfect, I feel they are offering a good option.

Trying to keep social distancing and masks are pretty important. While some of this is obviously to save costs, I don’t feel that, as a whole they are trying to shortchange me for the stay. Under 10k points a night at a full service Hilton, before promotions is a good deal to me.
