Legit way: buy merch using miles, sell the merch.

You'll get a terrible conversion, but you'll have cash in pocket!

ETA: Ahh dang... I was thinking of United where you can buy electronics with miles - looks like the only non-travel item you can buy with Alaska miles are magazines
