Spain's Iberia Expands Code-Sharing Pact With British Air

...Iberia said that from Oct. 27, the two airlines will share codes on all flights between London's Heathrow airport and Madrid as well as between Heathrow and Barcelona.

With the new agreement, Iberia said it now shares codes with British Airways on flights to 40 destinations. The cooperation between the two airlines dates back to 1999, when British Airways bought a 9% stake in Iberia.
