I asked for extra shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap since it's our 7th day (out of our 10 day stay) and they said because they couldn't come in to give us a refill, they would have to give us the whole bottle and charge us for it... I mean, it's covid, of course we have to wash our hands a lot, and my girlfriend and I shower 2-3 times a day (after our runs)... I feel like this isn't something I'd have to justify to them, but I'll give them a talking-to tomorrow.
I checked out today. I’m at the Hyatt at the time of this post. For today’s breakfast, they forgot to include the hash browns for my breakfast, but remembered to give me the ketchup. SMH...At check-out, after several complaints, they supposedly removed the GST and the delivery fee. Yet, when I asked for the itemized receipt, their printer broke. The rep said he’ll email me the receipt and yet, I didn’t get it. It’s been more than 10 hours since I checked out. For more than $600 CAD, I felt like it wasn’t worth the money. The hard product does look nice though, but I can’t put up with the BS anymore. To go back to the delivery fee, 18%? Seriously? I could have just picked it up myself.
