Looks like I'll have to give them a talk as well. I asked for extra shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap since it's our 7th day (out of our 10 day stay) and they said because they couldn't come in to give us a refill, they would have to give us the whole bottle and charge us for it... I mean, it's covid, of course we have to wash our hands a lot, and my girlfriend and I shower 2-3 times a day (after our runs)... I feel like this isn't something I'd have to justify to them, but I'll give them a talking-to tomorrow.
