Oops, life (and good Vancouver weather) got in the way... They said Marriott had extended the suspension of elite benefits to September, so no further compensation for new guests either. Your $25 breakfast says otherwise though!
I'm sorry you didn't quite enjoy your stay. I've personally found the elite phone line to be quite helpful. Alternatively, you could try emailing Paul Fraser (Director of Front Office) at
