I left a callback request at around 8pm Eastern on May 31. IIRC I could have had a call much later that evening but instead chose to be called at around 11am on June 1, which is what happened. Had to wait a couple of minutes for an agent after I answered and I believe call display showed WestJet’s main number - 1 (888) 937-8538
