Recently disputed a charge with Chase that went well for me. I purchased some of those Nike nurse shoes for my girlfriend from Stockx for 375$. They sent me the wrong size, they sent a 6 in women's instead of a 6 in men's. Needless to say they didn't fit. I called Stockx and they told me I must be mistaken that they verified the size on the way out. I followed up with an email that CLEARLY showed the invoice for 6 men's and a box of shoes that were 6 women's. The guy replied and said essentially that they can't refund my money because those shoes are the correct shoes I ordered. Anyway, several emails later they went radio silent. I called up chase and requested a refund and they began the dispute process no questions asked. Fast forward a couple months and I have my money back and a really expensive pair of shoes.
