I am looking at flying from MIA (probably FLL-IAD-VIE) as a US permanent resident with a UK passport. I can have a negative test that is newer than 72 hours by the time I land.

Anyone see a problem with this? - I was also considering MIA-ORD-ZRH-VIE so the actual border crossing might be in Switzerland.

I do have an expired German passport and it is possible that I am registered at a 2nd home in Austria
Currently you would not be permitted to enter Austria and will likely be denied boarding. But that can change in the coming weeks. For US residents probably not so much.
