Are you sure that at least 12K miles have been earned in the last 12 months? You are on a rolling qualification year, so only the status miles earned in the past 12 months will count for the Silver qualification. If the website did credit/see your two Aegean flights now, but still says that you need 2K miles, it sounds like only 10K miles were earned in the past 12 months (rather than 12K)?
