Did I get all the Miles+bonus program wrong? I supposed that if I accumulate 12 000 miles (on any airline) and have two flights with A3/ OA I will be upgraded to silver card. I have now 22 000 miles (most of them from TAP air) and two flights with A3. But I am still Blue.

I contacted the call center and I was told those 12 000 miles have to be earned on A3 metal. If it is on other airlines, I have to have 24 000 miles.

I thought if I don’t have those two flights on A3, only then I would need 24 000 miles.
