The baby will be around 9 months when we travel and we'd go on Singapore Airlines in Business class, transiting through Singapore.

My husband and I have been very strictly isolating this whole time, so the prospect of a very busy airport and a long haul flight is incredibly daunting, but the idea of a "normal" life in a safe state in Australia (not Melbourne!) is just so tempting...

I've seen a lot about the theory of disease transmission on a plane and people travelling with the virus, but I haven't actually seen much coverage of people GETTING coronavirus from plane travel.

Would you take this risk?
I guess an important factor is how at risk you are. Given you have an infant I would guess you’re in the somewhat younger crowd so I wouldn’t worry too much about the actual effects of contracting COVID unless you have underlying conditions. For me the bigger issue would be if they actually let you in to Australia at all right now.
