The appetizer was the nipbips or whatever those crackers are. With the main entree was a salad, some little pineapple cake, and a roll that you get in economy, which wasn't hot. The wine was in minibottles. Everything was with plastic cups, no glassware.

Also, I used the United headsets. They were available, at least in Polaris.
