I find the “Guest of Honor” benefit really useful, as do my friends and family. Plus free parking in cities ($70 a day). Plus they will waive certain rules for Globalists.

And it was a fluke, but I got free AA EXP from Hyatt earlier this year.

If you can get HH Diamond for free with a $450 CC, how much can it be worth? Well, obviously less than $450. A single Hyatt suite upgrade can be worth way more than that.
