Is there someone working in Plat CS?

First called in Apr 2 to get one voucher related thing sorted out (Finnair Plus Shop) where I got really good service and they promised to fix everything. Then when nothing happened sent a reminder email on Apr 21st. Then I forgot the whole thing and sent again a reply to same msg on Jun 14th. Still no reply. It's not very urgent matter so I didn't want to call in since I think they are still pretty busy with cancellations etc.. but soon there is a need.
