At least the terminal 5 walking distance is short for BA at ORD.

1:15 is tight but certainly do-able.

An hour and a quarter is pretty marginal for that, though things may be quiet at present. I wouldn't attempt it.

I’m dreading it haha! I’m doing it next week. It is all the same ticket so baggage is throughchecked, I’m just not looking forward to the dash out of T3, get the landslide bus across to T5, and re-clearing security at T5 The AA sector is booked on a BA codeshare so I cannot do a same-day flight change on the day (I asked AA). I might ask nicely on arrival at PHL if they can put me on an earlier AA flight to ORD despite having bags. My PHL-ORD flight is at 6pm... there is an PHL-ORD earlier flight at 4pm. I have a OneWorld Emerald card through BA so I guess we can see what they say. Absolutely dreading it! It was booked before the ORD airside TTB went kaput! (even before that it was risky!). The cost of changing the flight doubles the cost of the original journey! I wish I could just buy a flight to ORD on airmiles onto the 4pm flight but I know missing the 6pm would cancel the rest of the journey
