What is your Priority Club status? Platinum

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Yes

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked standard king, was given Exec King with river view

How are the rooms? Large. Sitting area with desk and sofa separated from bed by the bathroom. Fridge, which I prefer to a mini bar. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Two televisions.

How is the exec. lounge? n/a

What was good and what was bad? Room was comfortable and quiet, even though near elevators. Quiet area of the city right by the river, but rooms away from the river face a busy expressway. Shower has a hand wand like in Europe, which I like but the bathroom needs more lighting around the sink area. Public areas are stylish with an industrial theme, reflecting the city's history. Restaurant has limited hours due to current situation, and I did not get a chance to eat there. I was first given a room that had not been made up, and had to return to the front desk. Reception did not acknowledge my status or offer welcome points (which auto posted to my account).

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return? Very few guests and the rate was very reasonable. I would stay here again due to location and my like for the property, but price is always a factor.
