I have an air Canada for business account and you get 3 Complementary Preferred Seat Selection at level 1, 5 for level 2 and 7 for level 3

Here are the T&C

Complimentary Preferred seat selection applies to flights within North America, booked in Flex fares. One credit per itinerary, per passenger is required. Refer to Rewards and Bonuses - Terms and Conditions for full details.
