The way I read that and their previous comments (at face value), they are not complaining about the size of the list but about being asked to make a decision on a new list with 50% more countries in only 30 minutes, then being blamed for making it impossible to reach an agreement.
This is certainly part of the issue, but a lot of the chat seems to be that it only wants to approve green list countries. But the green criteria is maybe too strict IMO!
