So discover is $0 AF.
Citi is $95

Further, if you redeem your 5% cashback on Discover for certain gift cards, you can get another 5-10% (depends on the card). I think it was $100 Lowes GC for $90 Discover CashBack. That can also add to the overall percentage.

For me, I use Discover and Chase Freedom for their quarterly 5% cash backs as needed. I then redeem my Discover for Ace Hardware or Lowes GC (Raise.com and others almost never have them at 5-10% off).

But it depends on what you spend your money on.
