I have BOS-SFO booked in XN. But SFO-PVG is zeroed out. However, it is not fully booked as standby list shows economy available..

1) Is it possible for UA to create XN for SFO-PVG?

2) If not, put me on waitlist for XN? At this point, the standby list is empty.
