As of July 1, more dining options are now available. They have available:
  • Chateau Deli for takeout and order ahead pickup, Breakfast through to evening, but still not the normal 24-hour operation
  • Fairview Restaurant and Bar - 7 days per week, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Hotel guests only, reservations suggested.
  • Lakeview Lounge inside, no patio open yet - 7 days per week, Lunch time to evening. Hotel guests only, reservations suggested.
  • Walliser Stube, Friday to Sunday Dinner. Hotel guests only, reservations suggested.
  • Poppie Brasserie patio but no inside seating, weather permitting, Lunch time to evening. Hotel guests only, reservations suggested.
