Still no good, but I have just got a different message on the painfully s-l-o-w BA site:

'Sorry, due to heavy internet traffic, there was a problem with your request. Please try again.

I can't even enter my details! Ah well, join the queue tomorrow and pray that it won't be like Frankfurt.
