This is the step I’m on. I had a cancelled Georgian Air flight that I disputed, it was resolved in the merchant’s favor.
The most annoying part of this is that Chase says the merchant provided the provided services or made the services available to me, but the the very first sentence of the merchant reply is saying all of their flights were cancelled.
