^ I think you speak for many of us there! Not just the IT Dept, but pretty much all the BA back-office stuff is total crap, especially for such an over-managed company. In the air it is a different story and the general quality and consistancy of the product and its delivery are what makes them stand out... and makes us put up with the crap. But why should we?

And inside Waterworld cabin-crew/ops staff are thought of as second class citizens... when in fact its quite the opposite
