What more do they think they can do? They've made the experience so miserable that hardly anyone wants to fly.
They want to make sure that the slip and fall bar such as Robert Goldwater, Morgan and Morgan, Jacoby and Meyers, Sokolove Law, etc., etc. don't end up selling their fleet at auction to pay off the judgments that will result from Delta not taking all steps to head off foreseeable illnesses to its passengers.
