I’d think it obvious that lower occupancy means hotels can’t afford the same amenities they once offered. I’d think it obvious that public health requirements make smaller spaces like lounges more problematic for staff and guests. I’d think anyone who doesn’t appreciate those obvious facts would not bother to stay at hotels that obviously can’t accommodate whatever preferences they might have otherwise.
It’s as if some can’t understand or don’t want to deal with the fact that the world has changed. Even at a WA.
Not sure what my travel history has to do with anything. I’m not traveling right now. I’ve traveled all over the world at too many luxury hotels to name. There is no Chinese flu, but there is a COVID-19 pandemic. I think it’s wonderful for others to get to travel as much or as little as they are comfortable with.
