I'm not exactly sure what you have in mind, but do a search of Willie K and see what you think, very eclectic - blues/rock/Hawaiian/opera. Sadly, he recently passed away from cancer. He was an amazing musician and had a great voice. I had planned to see him in February and he had to cancel.
You might also consider Jake Shimabukuro.
Plenty of examples of both on YouTube. I've heard both in the lounge.
