ok folks is it me or what......

I have called delta 3-4 times lately & it takes 15 plus minutes to get a REAL LIVE person on the phone.

I hate the automated computer asking me a million questions.

I dont know whats going on here, but first you move your call centers to India (not a good idea from a customers standpoint) now I cant even get a rep on the phone......

delta delta delta, no wonder you are havin money woes....

service needs to perk up to keep my business....

just to contrast contrast.....I called air tran, less than 2 min a person was on the phone....what do you say about that....
