I called the 800-221-1212 number and the automated system pulled up my account and offered me a call back in 45 min. (Only slightly disturbing how much the computer knew about me) It worked like a charm and the awesome agent had my problem resolved in a couple of minutes with confirmation emailed while I was still on the line with her.
