The ORD sales office, no one picks up. Did I miss something about TK not taking phone calls?
The 800 number in the US should re-direct to the global hotline system and it could be an IP problem that you've occured.
Outstation sales offices are known for not opening their phones and not replying to e-mails, the best way to contact them is to visit them in person ( if they are accepting visitors - some sales offices are still closed because of local COVID measures ).
