Your making a mistake and you must be old school.. Most phone CSRs are better equipped to handle future travel. Today you only go for help at the airport when your ticket is under airport control or you are mid trip. An exception can be made for some sky club agents.

Is heading to the airport an option for help with itineraries? I have two international trips next month. One flight is no longer even listed in my account. The other no longer shows a leg going to my final destination. I can’t get through on the phone. I know the airport is not busy at all. Would counter agent be able to help?
