Whatever it is, if its part of a long term 'vision' or only short term change, I know for one I will be calling the help line instead of bothering with the online/chat functions as they are currently totally ineffective.
Perhaps if twitter comes back at some point and has good responsiveness again I'll go back to using that... but until then I'll be consuming the help line waiting for a real person for some absurd amount of time.
