In order to initiate the chargeback, my credit card company (in Denmark) is asking me to provide proof that TAP refuses to issue me a refund.
How do you guys suggest I get this proof from TAP?
I've emailed them and never got a reply. I also called months ago (before contacting cc about the chargebac) and was only offered the voucher option, which obviously I did not/do not want.
I'm thinking the best approach at this point is to record a call to TAP and use it as proof with the chargeback. What do you think?
