Are you sure the hotel will actually accept you? The quarantine rule in Hessen states that you have to go after arrival immediately and without detour to your home or suitable location where you have to stay for 14 days. You have to register with the local health authority. I'm not sure a hotel is a suitable location or falls under the definition of a suitable location.
