Thanks for all the suggestions. I think I'll just do nothing, sit on my cancelled ticket and see what the situation looks like in a few weeks. My hunch in the virus rolling through the USA Sunbelt burns itself out by then and that there will then be a real discussion about opening borders. If not, it will be time for yet another refund!
