I would cut them some slack because they are overwhelmed with the logistics of this cluster. Be extra nice and tell them that you would prefer to be moved to Aria.

Thanks for the number. I spoke to a girl there that said I can only wait for them to call me usually 48 hours out from the reservation to see if I am okay to switch to a hotel that is open. My other choice was to cancel today get refund and start from scratch. Oh I added my mid life crisis number too.
