Granted, we're all here to learn and share. But there's also an implicit expectation of reciprocity and common interests. On certain subjects we gotta contribute some work (and cooperative attitude) before others are willing to share theirs.
A group that was so loud about generating publicity and going to sue sue sue has fallen completely silent. There is no record of any suits even being filed against AA. No one saying, hey I filed here take a look, let's get them.
The only reference we have is a Kramer wanna be saying his friend Bob Sacamano sued AA over his FF program and won.

This brings us back to Occam's razor... [color= "entities should not be multiplied without necessity." In other words, the simplest explanation is likely the correct one. Therefore we have...[/color]
  1. [color=AA did not and does not face any action from DOT over this.[/color]
  2. [color=AA did not see a group of SCC suits filed.[/color]
  3. [color=AA did not go to court and lose.[/color]
  4. [color=AA did not settle with any parties, except maybe a token amount in a rare case. (But even then, no references to a suit even being filed.)[/color]
Feel free to prove any of these points wrong. I mean, surely you can point to some link or docket number in #1 or #2 above - at the very least - to support your story, right?
