Exclamation Symptom Checklist at Checkin for AA Travelers starting June 30

Not sure which thread to put this one in (and apologies if already posted but I didn't see it), so feel free to merge.

I just read my email that they AA is going to add to their check-in process to have travelers certify they have been symptom free for 14 days.

I guess that is a good thing, but I wonder how honest everybody will be. With pretty much everything being listed as a Covid symptom now, I am guessing most people experience something on the list every now and then. I know last week I had a hangover that gave me a couple symptoms .

I know that most (maybe all) tickets now have some flexibility, but that will need to continue as long as this question does.
